This mini course includes two simple 15-minute routines designed to ease stiffness, reduce tension and help your body feel its best with very little time or effort.
🌙 Bedtime Routine
Unwind after a busy day with a relaxing sequence of:

The routine focuses especially on releasing tension in the upper body, helping you switch off both physically and mentally. As it becomes familiar, you can easily do it while watching TV or in bed before turning out the light.

Wake your body up gently before you even get out of bed.
This simple routine helps to:
- Ease overnight stiffness
- Improve mobility before you stand up

- Set you up for a more comfortable, energised day
Everything can be done in bed, making it the perfect way to start your morning without feeling rushed.
Make It Work for You
Although each routine lasts around 15 minutes, you don't have to complete the whole session every day - once you know the exercises, you could pick and choose the movements that your body needs most. Even if you only have 5 minutes you'll have simple techniques you can use whenever you need to release tension, improve mobility or simply take a moment for yourself.
