The Pregnancy Fitness Bundle
Seven full workouts designed by a prenatal specialist to help you maintain your fitness safely in pregnancy.
Each session incorporates Pilates, circuit-style strength training and stretches - focusing on
- activating your pelvic floor and core muscles
- staying strong to match the growing demands on your body
- stretching out tight muscles and easing back pain
- preparing the body for labour
- de-stressing
The sessions are multi level, so you can modify as you progress through your pregnancy
Can be done bodyweight only
Optional equipment:
- weights - dumbbells, kettlebells or water bottles, weighted bags
- resistance band - or thick pair of tights
- birthing ball - or chair
