The Low Impact HIIT Bundle 2

Fourteen full workouts designed by a postnatal specialist to help you get back to fitness safely post baby. 

Each session incorporates strength training, low impact cardio and core work, focusing on

  • improving your stamina
  • getting stronger to help with day to day Mum life
  • balance and co-ordination will help if wanting to return to running
  • de-stress and feeling more energised

The sessions are multi level, so you can progress as you get stronger.

Ideal for starting after your 6 weeks check, 8-10 weeks post cesarean

Can be done bodyweight only

Optional equipment:

  • weights - dumbbells, kettlebells or water bottles, weighted bags
  • resistance band - or thick pair of tights
