The Pregnancy Fitness Bundle 2

Seven full workouts designed by a prenatal specialist to help you maintain your fitness safely in pregnancy. 

Each session incorporates Pilates, circuit-style strength training and stretches - focusing on

  • activating your pelvic floor and core muscles
  • staying strong to match the growing demands on your body
  • stretching out tight muscles and easing back pain
  • preparing the body for labour
  • de-stressing 

The sessions are multi level, so you can modify as you progress through your pregnancy

Can be done bodyweight only

Optional equipment:

  • weights - dumbbells, kettlebells or water bottles, weighted bags
  • resistance band - or thick pair of tights
  • birthing ball - or chair
